Your mobile number, opt-in consent data, and message history will not be sold, rented, or shared for marketing or third-party mailing lists, and they will be used only for the SMS program.

1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (i.e. Phone Numbers/Names) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Cordoba Legal Group, you may receive messages related to the following:

- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages
- Billing inquiries
- Proposed Settlements
- Requests for more information or documents

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per day regarding reminders, account status, and other matters pertaining to your relationship with the law firm.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Cordoba Legal Group in the following ways:
- By submitting an online form
- By signing our Retainer Agreement
6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

9- Data Retention and Data Deletion Policy: CLG retains contact information and SMS messages for 5 years or 6 months after a user stops being a client, whichever is longer. CLG retains opt-in records for 4 years after its last message to a user is sent. DO make a deletion request, e-mail us at [email protected].
